Xiaotao Feng received his B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Beijing Jiaotong University in 2009 and M.E. in Wireless Communication from Peking University in 2012. He is now a second year Ph.D. student in Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at UC Davis. His research interests include software defined network and wireless network.
