Rajarajan Sivaraj received his B.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Pondicherry Engineering College, Puducherry, India, in 2009. He later did his research internship with Prof. Benslimane in the Networks and Multimedia Applications laboratory of the University of Avignon, France. Following this, he worked as a researcher with the Embedded Systems Innovation Labs, Tata Consultancy Services, Bangalore, India. He is now a Ph.D student at UC Davis. He has publications in refereed IEEE journals and conferences. His research interests lie with Beyond 3G Next-Generation Networking, vehicular group communications and QoS.
